How you answer

The assessment is 28 blocks of four descriptive words each. In every block you pick the one word that is most like you and the one that is least like you.

  1. Forced choice

Because you choose a "most" and a "least" in every block, you can't rate everything highly. This forced-choice format is what makes the result a profile — a shape of relative preferences — rather than a flattering list.

  2. No right answers

There are no correct responses and nothing is timed. You answer on instinct; first reactions describe natural behaviour better than considered ones.

  3. Five to eight minutes

Most people complete the test in five to eight minutes.

What you get

On screen you see your behavioural style and graph — the profile your answers produce — free. If you want the whole picture, the full written report and PDF cost €7.99, once.

The four dimensions

DISC describes behaviour along four dimensions. Everyone is a blend of all four; most people lean clearly toward one or two. No dimension is better or worse — each carries its own strengths and its own cost.

D

Dominance

How you respond to problems, obstacles and challenges — pace, directness, appetite for control.

I

Influence

How you approach people, communication and contact — persuasion, optimism, sociability.

S

Steadiness

How you handle pace, routine and change — patience, consistency, reliability.

C

Conscientiousness

How you relate to rules, standards and detail — accuracy, structure, quality.
