DISC for trainers, coaches and consultants

Discality runs the DISC part of your workshop — the test, the group map and a report for every participant — so you can concentrate on the room.

A live session, step by step

  1. Buy tests and start a session

Create a business account and buy as many tests as you need. When the workshop starts, reserve seats from your balance and put the join code on the screen.

  2. Everyone takes the test on their phone

Participants open the join page, enter the code and start. No account, no email, and the name is optional. The test has 28 blocks, takes 5–8 minutes and runs in 46 languages — each person picks their own. A live counter shows you who has finished.

  3. Reveal the group

When everyone is done, press “Reveal results”. The group map shows where each person lands by behavioural style, and every participant opens their own report and PDF on their phone. Seats nobody used go back to your balance.

Hold the results until you are ready

If you would rather reveal the results at the end of the day, switch on “Results open when I press Reveal”. Participants then leave an email address when they join, and each of them receives a link to their results at reveal. The address is used for nothing else and is deleted 7 days later.

What you get

Warm up the room with the DISC game

A free card game for trainers and teams: the group sorts 40 everyday behaviours into D, I, S and C, then the trainer reveals the answers. It runs in the browser on a projector or a phone — no accounts, nothing to install.

Questions trainers ask

Do I need a DISC certification?

No. Discality does not require one. If you want to get more out of DISC, our 2–4 hour live online training covers the model and responsible interpretation.

Do participants need an account?

No. They join with your code on their phone. The name they type is optional and appears only in your group results.

Which languages can participants use?

The test and the report are available in 46 languages, and each participant chooses their own, so a mixed group can take part in one session.

What does it cost?

€5 per participant, 5% off from 50 tests and 10% off from 100. Seats nobody uses are refunded to your balance.

Is the test scientifically validated?

Discality is a DISC-style behavioural assessment, not a validated psychometric test. It describes behavioural tendencies, not ability, and should not be used for selection or promotion decisions. The methodology page explains how it works.
